Every Moxie Wrrld product is a handmade, one-of-a-kind piece that is an extension of designer Sophia Boyer. I’ve been sewing almost everyday for the past three years, and I take great pride in the level of quality of my work. Each piece is thoughtfully made with high quality materials and intricate construction techniques, and no shortcuts are taken.
Beyond the costs of fabric and materials, running a business has many unseen costs including labor, packaging and shipping, website and domain hosting, LLC formation, sales and income tax, and ongoing expenses.
Please remember I am just one individual running Moxie Wrrld. Sewing these pieces is a creative outlet and form of artistic expression for me, and I invest most of the profits back into my business. Moxie Wrrld is an ongoing passion project of mine, and each piece holds a part of myself.
Moxie Wrrld products must be shipped back within 7 days of recieving the original package to be fully refunded. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, Moxie Wrrld returns or exchanges are not accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging. A $5 flat rate is deducted from the refund amount to cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If your item is lost during shipping, either to or from Moxie Wrrld's office, we are not responsible and you must bring those issues to the shipping service used. Moxie Wrrld is not liable for our shipments after they are in the hands of the delivery service.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and UPS within 1-3 business days of being placed and are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. Customers will recieve a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when their order is shipped.
Moxie Wrrld is not liable for shipments after they are in the hands of the delivery service. If your item is lost during shipping we are not responsible and you must bring those issues to the shipping service used.

Personal information we collect
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to: - Communicate with you; - Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and - When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services. We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
